Richie McCaw
- Position: Flanker
- Team: All Blacks (New Zealand)
- Achievements: Captain of the All Blacks and two-time Rugby World Cup champion (2011, 2015). Considered one of the best rugby players of all time.

Brian O'Driscoll
- Position: Center
- Team: Ireland, British and Irish Lions
- Achievements: One of Ireland's all-time leading try scorers and a European rugby legend.

George Smith
- Position: Flanker
- Team: Wallabies (Australia)
- Achievements: Recognized as one of the best flankers of his generation. He stood out for his ability in open play and his ability to steal balls in the rucks.

Victor Matfield
- Position: Second line (Lock)
- Team: Springboks (South Africa)
- Achievements: Captain of the Springboks, 2007 World Cup champion, known for his mastery of line-out plays.

Ma'a Nonu
- Position: Flanker
- Team: All Blacks (New Zealand)
- Achievements: Captain of the All Blacks and two-time Rugby World Cup champion (2011, 2015). Considered one of the best rugby players of all time.

Conrad Smith
- Position: Center
- Team: All Blacks (New Zealand)
- Achievements: Together with Ma'a Nonu, formed one of the best center pairs in the history of rugby. World Cup winner in 2011 and 2015.
Regular IRANZ Academy Teachers & Trainers

Murray Mexted
- Role: Founder and Director of the Academy, Forwards Mentor.
- Experience: Former All Blacks player (1979-1985) as number 8. Has been a key figure in the creation and development of the academy.
- Specialty: Development of skills for forwards, leadership and game strategy.

Grant Fox
- Role: Fly-halves Mentor and Kicking Coach.
- Experience: Former All Blacks player, legendary openside known for his kicking accuracy. Played in the 80's and early 90's.
- Specialty: Kicking techniques, on-field decision making and game strategy.

Mike Brewer
- Role: Forwards Mentor and Line-Out Specialist.
- Experience: Former All Blacks player as flanker and second row. He has also coached teams in New Zealand and Europe.
- Specialty: Line-out techniques, rucks and mauls, and defense of forwards.

Wayne Smith
- Role: Mentor in Tactics and Attack Strategy.
- Experience: Former All Blacks player and renowned coach. Has been part of the All Blacks coaching staff at multiple World Cups, including as an assistant in 2011 and 2015.
- Specialty: Offensive strategy, game analysis and development of tactical skills.

Sir Graham Henry
- Role: Mentor and Trainer of Trainers.
- Experience: Legendary coach of the All Blacks, known for leading the team to victory in the 2011 Rugby World Cup. He has also coached in Wales and with the British & Irish Lions.
- Expertise: General strategy, leadership, coach training and team game development.

Christian Cullen
- Role: Backs Mentor.
- Experience: Former All Blacks player, considered one of the best fullbacks in the history of rugby, known for his attacking ability and speed.
- Specialty: Attacking play for backs, individual counterattacking skills and development of game vision.

Andrew Mehrtens
- Role: Kicking and Openings Mentor.
- Experience: Former All Blacks player, opening known for his accurate kicking and decision making in the field.
- Specialty: Kicking techniques, decision making under pressure and offensive strategy.

Josh Kronfeld
- Role: Forwards Mentor, especially in the Flankers area.
- Experience: Former All Blacks player, outstanding flanker known for his ability to steal balls in the ruck and his agility.
- Specialty: Breakdown techniques, defensive play and flanker roles on the field.

Dave Rennie
- Role: Coach Mentor and General Strategist.
- Experience: Former coach of the Chiefs in New Zealand, where he won two Super Rugby titles, and former coach of the Wallabies (Australia).
- Expertise: Team strategy, match analysis, coach training and team culture development.
Upcoming Projects
New Soccer Academy
Gad Sports Management, in collaboration with Casa sobre la Roca Madrid, are developing together a Soccer School and Academy aimed at the integral growth and training of children and young people. Our goal is to create an enriching environment where young people can discover and enhance their sporting talents, while developing personal and social skills.
Through soccer, we seek to foster sporting talent, promote positive values such as teamwork and respect, and offer a complete education that prepares young people to successfully face the challenges of sports, academics and everyday life.
